Guard have launched an appeal for witnesses and information after two women had bags snatched in separate incidents, Stourport this week.

The first incident occurred on Monday, October 26, at Lichfield Way at 5.35pm when a woman in her 50 years had a handbag in brown imitation leather torn from her by a man walking toward her execution of the York Street.

He then fled towards Cheapside leaving his game just extremely shaken but not physically injured.

The bag contained a wallet, a quantity of cash, mobile phone charger and debit cards.

The attacker was a white man with a heavy build and balding black hair was combed back. He was wearing a brown waist-interminably leather jacket.

Another woman, this time in 80 years, were black, zipped drew from her handbag the next day at 3.20pm when she walked into an alley that runs through the Wheatsheaf pub on the street that leads.

The bag was seized by a man who came from behind her, then fled toward the Civic Center. Again, the victim was left shaken but uninjured.
